-: The hotel is very neglected. Unused areas are like a dump. SPA sauna maintenance and cleaning are very poor. Most of the staff are uneducated. Despite providing half-board service, breakfast and dinner are mediocre. Service is inadequate. There are no napkins on the dining tables. Mini bar is not replenished. Rooms are old and neglected. Room walls are so poorly insulated that even a quiet conversation in the next room can be heard.
