+: Douches en wc verstopt op kamer ultra all inclusief genomen waarbij we voor bijna alles moesten betalen. We komen aan er word gezegd door de manager dat we eigenlijk niet zouden worden geaccepteerd. Maar omdat we het online hebben geboekt ze niet terug kunnen gelijk bij aankomst 10 waarschuwingen dat als je iets doet gelijk weg kan eten was bagger zat ook geen smaak aan. Receptie en keuken avond eten besteld moest 2uur wachten en 4x achteraan bellen.

-: just a terrible hotel. It’s definitely NOT 5 star hotel, maximum 3 stars. The hotel itself is very old, there are even no sockets around the bed to charge your phone. Wifi is not free. Food there is just disgusting.So, it doesn’t worth any money, I’m sorry for wasting my money and time.

+: Staff was extraordinarily friendly, helpful and caring. Indeed, the facilities were old (like we read in the previous comments) - however, they are well refurbished and maintained. Both pool and beach front were nice. One thing we noticed was the security - the hotel staff pays extra attention to the security of the guests and their belongings. The food was over the top. So far the best bath and sink drains in the room - kudos for the maintenance! Nice touch with the direct access via underpass to the beach. Do not forget to check out the special tour offers next to reception in the morning (after breakfast).
-: Elevators are gateways to hell. :) Slow, small, hot and without any sort of ventilation andor AC. The moment you step in, you are in a sauna - getting wet all over. Unfortunately, elevators must be overhauled. On other thing, either restaurant's absorbers are not working or they are not sufficient. Although the cooked food is fantastic, the burned oil smell infused to your clothes is not pleasant.
