+: The staff were amazing!Especially, Lyuba and RomaA lot of shows, games like waterpolo, gymnastics, darts and African show.Hammam also is recommended!

+: Lo unico lindo del hotel es la entrada de este y la pileta (la habitacion que nos toco tambien estaba bien).
-: La comida un desastre, hay muy poca variedad de alimentos y la calidad deja mucho que desear (habia momentos que no habia comida y si habia estaba fria). Habia solo dos tipos de fruta, en la barra no habia jugos y cerraba temprano (antes de las 00:00). Las mesas del comedor sucias y llenas de moscas. El hotel dice que es Ultra All Inclusive pero no es asi. El gimnasio esta dejado, todas las maquinas viejas y algunas de estas rotas e inutilizables.

+: J’ai beaucoup aimé la formule tout compris dans l’hôtel, ça te permet de séjourner tranquillement. J’ai aimé aussi la diversité du buffet surtout en terme de sucré. Et j’ai aimé le fait d’avoir les tours et activités à disposition dans l’hôtel.
-: Je n’ai pas apprécié la majorité du personnel qui ne parlait pas anglais (le minimum de langue qu’on peut avoir dans un tel hôtel). Car la plus part du personnel n’étaient pas à l’écoute et ne comprenait pas une langue étrangère que le Turk. Je n’ai pas aimé le fait que l’hôtel reçoit la plus part de ses clients âgés ce qui mène à un manque d’activité pour les jeunes.

+: Die Cocktails waren sehr lecker. Kellner Personal war sehr freundlich. Der Strand war schön und es gab immer freie Liegen. Das Abendprogramm hat jeden Tag variiert und es gab ab und zu Abends „Themen“, wonach sich das Essen gerichtet hat.Die Wassermelonen waren sehr lecker.
-: Das Zimmer war leider nicht gut ausgestattet, das Bett war ziemlich klein. Der Kleiderschrank bot leider wenig Möglichkeit zum verstauen. Das Badezimmer war sehr klein und roch leider komisch und aus dem Duschkopf kam sehr wenig Wasser. Es war eine Herausforderung die passende Wassertemperatur einzustellen. Aus dem Nebenzimmer war leider fast jedes Wort zu hören, sowie wenn der Zimmernachbar auf Toilette war. Das offene Buffet bot eine große Auswahl an Speisen jedoch hat dass meiste ziemlich langweilig geschmeckt.

+: Herr Irakli war glaube ich der Name, er war meistens im Foyer und im spa Bereich. er war stets hilfsbereit , ich hatte starke Rückenschmerzen und er hat alles mögliche getan das es mir besser geht.toller Mitarbeiter super Service
-: die Barkeeper mit weißem Hemden , sollten vielleicht nicht permanent nur mit den Frauen flirten.Fokus war immer irgendwie mit Frauen flirten und mit den Damen einen zu trinken. als Mann wurde man kaum bedient oder beachtet
