+: The mister doing the housekeeping on the third floor did a great job! Location of this hotel cannot be beat. It‘s well connected to tram, metro und boat but still quiet as our room was facing the cemetery.The family room worked for us. It would be nice to exchange one of the movable smaller tables for a stool so that everyone can gather in one room.Our booking did not include breakfast so I can’t comment on it.
-: There was constant sewage smell coming out of the bathroom which I think was a building problem and not housekeeping.

-: I had a serious issue with money loss while i was outside in the town.I asked for the manager to give me some help about, but he never contact me .It was great disappointing for me .

+: So clean and tidy, daily towel changes, the staff were so helpful and accommodating, helping us with airport transfers. The breakfast was delicious every morning. Very happy with our stay :)
