-: The reservation was for a double room for two people, the one we were accommodated in was a single, with one bed, two people can't be apart. The room had a window with a view to the shaft with air conditioners and it was practically unopenable.The lighting in the room is very weakly although there is no daylight .Тhis is the third time we stay in this hotel, the third time a similar room. We will not visit it again.The room number is 1206

-: Det fanns chips kvar på golvet från tidigare gäster och sesamfrön i sängen. Mögel i badrummet. Under frukosten hanterar de tyvärr inte maten i rätt temperatur, inga kylplattor eller kylskåp. Kylvaror var rumstemperatur och smöret var smält olja.Bokade transfer för 90 euro (3375 TL - uber med gul taxi kostar 1200-1300 TL enkel väg såg vi senare). Kvällen innan vi skulle åka till flygplatsen frågade vi receptionisten när taxin skulle hämta oss. Vi kom överens om 9:00 för att vårt flyg avgår 13:00 och det är bäst att vi får lite extra tid på oss eftersom det tog 2 timmar att åka från flygplatsen till hotellet. Hotellet har bokat taxi 9:30. Taxin kom 9:45. Hotellet lovar att vi ska få åka via eurasia-tunneln för att komma till flygplatsen snabbare men betalar inte avgiften till taxichauffören (för ett misstag de har gjort) så han tar den vanliga vägen. Oprofessionellt bemötande från personalen som inte ber om ursäkt och menar att det var vi som missuppfattat allt. Trots att vi bekräftade 9:00 tre gånger.Vi känner oss lurade och dåligt bemötta. Det enda som är bra med stället är deras läge och det finns massor av andra hotell i området att välja mellan - åk inte hit.

+: Best customer service in Istanbul Aksaray, especially Mr. Selim and Mr. Caner are very Friendly and helpful. It was my second time in this hotel. I will visit again and again. Best breakfast, clean hotel!
