+: Intet kunne jeg lide. Det mest respektløse personaler jeg har set i mit liv.

-: Det sidste fire dage vi sov uden dyner og selvom vi flere gange har bedt både personaler og direktør på hotellet om at få dyner så siger det enten at det ikke har tid eller at det ikke har flere dyner. Selv direktøren kom ind på værelset og har set at vi ikke har dyner, men han kom med intet. Herudover deres rengøring er meget dårligt, hvor rengøringsdamer kommer med beskidte håndklæder. Det bliver ikke støvsuget under seng og paneler bliver ikke taget hvor der ligger døde fluger på vinduer. Derudover selv vi havde fortalt dem at vi vil klage over dem til booking, så sagde det at det vil være ligegyldigt for dem og det tog intet hensyn.
