-: Staff was very rude, not helpful at all. Refused to give an iron Eventhough it was advertised on Bookings.com that they do provide them. All day time staff would ignore you whilst you are speaking to them and walk off mid conversation. Ali was the only helpful staff member on the night shift.

+: Location was excellent and some staff was frienly. Good clean rooms. Breakfast was good enough. Metro and public transport nearby
-: Extreamly noicey street in front of the hotel...recommend to bring ear plugs! Only one staff member coud speak a little English. Other than that it was a nice pleasant stay
