+: the staff were very helpful and friendly, room was average but the price is really good you get what you pay for

-: There wasn’t a lift so you had to walk up a lot of stairs with a lot of luggage

+: The only thing I liked was the location as it wasn't too far away from airport.

-: Everything was oldMy room wasn't clean, mattress was too soft it definitely needed to replaceThe kettle in my room was rusty I was put off to make myself even a cup of teaNo Internet in the room I had to hold my phone up in the air in one corner to get connection for at least 5 minutes.The breakfast was appalling. All got was 2 slices of cheese, 5 olives, jam and butter.Staff was very rude to me. I felt like anything I asked was a bother for them. Also I felt and seen I have been treated different and I am Turkish and other foreign people were treated much better and the staff was trying to look after them.I regret staying at this hotel and will never make the same mistake again

+: Personal sehr freundlich. Gutes Frühstück. Parkplatz kein Problem. Gute Lage zum Wasser, Geschäften und Restaurants

-: Bäder sollten dringend renoviert werden. Ich habe auf's duschen verzichtet. Anderes Zimmer Fußboden ständig nass.

-: Keine Dusche, nur eine Duschbrausche auf Toilette. Zimmer nicht sauber, Sachen noch vom Gast davor im Schrank. Deckenlampe im Zimmer nicht vollständig. Das Schlimmste war eine starke Lärmquelle von 7:00 Uhr bis 23:00 Uhr bedingt durch eine defekte Klimaanlage oder Generator. Am nächsten Tag reklamiert und im ein anderes Zimmer gebeten. Wurde leider an der Rezeption abgelehnt. Am Folgetag daher vorzeitig ausgecheckt, obwohl 7 Nächte gebucht. Geld zurück auch angeilig wirde ebenfalls abgelehnt. Hitel in der Nähe zum gleichen Preis mit viel besserem Standard gefunden.

-: The creepy managerowner was biggest turn-off.Room was also unkempt even after room service, food appalling, wifi sketchy which eventually failed. I could go on but I’ll end it here.

-: Era horrible, una sola bombilla para la habitacion, todo el mobiliario roto y sucio...daba un asco....le pregunte a recepcion para poder tener mas luz y si todas las habitaciones eran igual y me dijo que si, que no podia hacer nada....que asco!!!...no puedo añadir mas fotos,sino lo haria
