+: Location, manager and owner were genuinely interested in making sure that we were comfortable and we had everything that was necessary.
-: Kitchen staff could do with a retraining program. Guests should be treated well. I went to the kitchen in the morning for a bottle of water. They said, ‘no no no we not have bottles of water, you drink from machine’. All the while they all had bottles of water on the table and were enjoying their meal. Two hours later i passed by and noticed that they were still sitting on the table and eating with even more bottles of water and other various drinks. Also, the TV’s are very small and far away from beds, you cannot see anything. It was a shame because I missed the weekend of good football, Premier League.
