+: - La localisation est dans une zone commerciale animée localization is among a popular shopping area (Laleli) - Le ménage était fait tous les jours Cleaning was done every day - Le personnel était correct Personnel was polite - Un taxi gratuit faisait partie de l'offre que nous avons sélectionnée (gérée par Booking) A free airport taxi was part of the offer (Handled by Booking). - Free (red) tea, black coffee (only), water in the lobby of the hotel Thé rouge, Café noir et eau gratuit dans le lobby de l'hotel - Le wifi était ok pour les besoins qu'on en avait Wifi was ok for our needs - Pour la matinée où nous somme parties très tôt, on nous avait préparé une boîte petit déjeuner The morning we left very early, the staff provided us a breakfast box which was kind of them - Le petit déjeuner était ok Breakfast was ok

-: - La chambre triple standard ne correspondait pas du tout à la description sur Booking (30m2 sur booking vs Moins de 15m2 en réalité en incluant la salle de bain...) The standard triple room did not fit the description and comments on booking (30m2 on booking vs Less than 15m2 while including tiny bathroom). We were extremely disappointed. We expressed it but nothing was done whether from booking or the hotel. I followed up with a video of the room to Booking and still awaiting their response....- Pour une chambre triple, les rangements n'étaient pas adaptés (du fait de la taille de la chambre j'imagine). Nos valises trainaient dans le peu de place que nous avions au sol- Bien que les commentaires indiquaient que l'hotel avait été rénové, la rénovation laisse à désirer avec un trou dans le plafond de la salle de bain, entre autres choses.- Les commentaires étant dithyrambiques sur Booking, nous avons été très déçues par la réalité des choses It is a basic type of hotel contrary to the comments on Booking where you might await something different- Bien que le petit déjeuner était correct, il manquait du vrai jus de fruits. Ceux proposés étaient du type chimique. Du vrai jus d'orange élèverait le niveau While the breakfast was ok, the juices available had a very chemical type of tast.

-: Llegamos a las 2 de la mañana y el entorno se veía un tanto peligroso, la persona del taxi dijo que lo era, pero al salir de día no tuvimos inconvenientes

-: Plamy na pościeli, bardzo ciemno w pokoju, okna wychodzą na ścianę i inne okno, zapach papierosów, bardzo mały wybór na śniadaniu.
