Tours and prices for holidays at the hotel Hapimag Sea Garden Resort 5* 2024-2025 Turkey, Bodrum

+: The beach was beautiful, water was very clean and chews were great. The pool was nice. The gardens were pretty and full of jasmine and lavender fragrances all around. The restaurant staff were very courteous and friendly. The food was excellent with a wide variety of delicious selections that changed every day.

-: It was a bit of a hike and walk to go from our rooms to the restaurant and back to the beach. Though they provide a shuttle it was not always available and you need to be fit to navigate. The front desk staff was challenged with a new system and we had to present our passports almost daily to have them scanned again as they could not find the copies made earlier. We also found out that you were not allowed to have guests to come visit you even for a few minutes but not until they showed up at security and were denied entry to the property.

-: Franchement le rapport qualité prix n’était pas au rendez-vous Dés notre arrivée nous avons pas ete bien reçu et accompagné , le lobby ne ressemble a rien, les gens a l’accueil vous parle a peine.Le restaurant trop brouillant et mal insonorisé Beaucoup choix au restaurant mais les desserts n’étaient pas bon du tout, la nourriture n’était pas raffiné.Les transats sont bas gamme et pas du tout confortable pour un resort de 5 étoilesLes chambres étaient pas bien nettoyé la propreté ete a revoirQuasiment aucune activité proposée voir inexistante Pour ce deplacer ils ont mis des shuttles a disposition mais les chauffeurs ete désagréable et mettez parfois 20-30 minutes a arriver meme en horaires dû déjeuner ou dîner Franchement dans l’ensemble deçu par rapport au rapport qualité prix, l’hôtel a besoin de revoir tout ses points afin de s’améliorer et mériter son 5 etloies et se dire « Resort »

+: We werden zonder voorafgaande verwittiging getransfereerd naar Hapimag village alhoewel we het hotel hadden geboekt. Gelukkig was het prima in de Hapimag village.Maar booking .com had ons beter kunnen informeren.

-: We hebben wel moeten reclameren wegens aanvankelijk gebrek aan informatie en omdat we een woning kregen die absoluut niet voldeed aan onze vraag. Steile trappen en ver van het centrum was niks voor ons. Gelukkig heeft men aan de receptie van de village heel adequaat en vriendelijk gereageerd. Daarna was alles prima. We kregen een beter appartement, dicht bij het centrum en vooral zonder steile trappen.

+: The location is lovely, secluded among pines.The beaches (x3) are excellent with some decent sea life for the snorkeller, plenty of fish and we saw an octopus on two different beaches.The staff were lovely and the facilities were great. Very nice to have the water sports facility on site

-: The food was a 710 but was the same every day for 10 days, bar a rotation between pasta and grilled chicken on the small bespoke area.This is reflected in the price though, and from a value perspective it was still good. Not enough to deduct a mark from this otherwise excellent resort.
