-: We travelled from Australia and got to hotel around 8am.. could not check in until 2pm, even though we asked for earlier check in from time of booking. They said guests had not checked out to clean room even though we sat for 2 hrs in reception and seeing noone check out but they still would nor let us in earlier. Very very tiring and disappointing. Also had to ask for toilet paper cause only 1 half roll available. No lift available for our luggage, very steep stairs.

-: We were not there long enough. The access to the room, via spiral staircase, was a challenge, noisy room, next to a rail line, no TV working, changed room to a smaller room(with a view of a rubbish dump), that had TV reception, after searching 300 stations found one that was English, that was enough!!!!!

+: Front desk staff were helpful in describing local attractions and helping us when we had issues with a 3rd party booking. The breakfast was nice every morning, housekeeping was good and we appreciated the new bottles of water every day.

-: I understand it's out of the control of the hotel but the airport transfer they booked for us returning to the airport was over 30+ minutes in picking us up which could have been disastrous had we not added additional buffer time to our desired departure time. I would recommend they find another company to use in the future.
