+: Location was ok, but it takes about 5-7 minutes to reach the sea. Food is good, stuff at the restaurant was very kind.
-: Very bad stuff at reception. They never smile at you, they are cheating, the "don't see you" when you come and ask something. And they speak very bad english. It's really strange, because stuff at the restaurant is so kind and nice. Toilets at rooms smells terrible. In general the condition of the bathrooms is very poor; broken wall tiles, broken shower, mold, etc. Many problems can be solved in 1-2 days, but no one does this. The hotel is very large and there are only two small elevators. Each time you have to wait a long time, and then you stand in stuffy and cramped conditions. There is no ventilation in the elevator. The hotel overall could be good, but needs better management.

-: Personeel zeer onvriendelijk. Ze helpen enkel toeristen uit Polen en Rusland. We verbleven op de 5 de verdieping, maar de lift was kapot en bleef kapot. Niemand die zich er iets van aantrekt. Iedereen staat smorgens vroeg op om een plaats te kunnen hebben aan ‘t zwembad. Ze leggen allemaal handdoeken neer zodat niemand anders op hun plaats zou zitten. Heel beperkt ruimte dus!Geen animaties! In de avond blijf je je maar vervelen! Langs ons hotelkamer hebben we ook mensen gehad die de hele nacht ruzie hebben gemaakt. Niemand die iets zei of iets deed. Ik zou hier letterlijk nooit meer gaan! Ik raad het ook aan niemand aan…

+: Teilweise nettes personal. Die Lage war ok.
-: - Versuchen einen abzuziehen was Preise angehen- schlechte Zimmer ( 1 Nacht über Booking.com 107€ und Vorort wollte er für das selbe Zimmer 150€ haben ) - Getränke All - Inclusive war sehr schlecht - Alkohol und Softdrinks waren mit viel Sirup gestreckt, nichts originales. - wollten ein Hemd bügeln für 25€ statt 3€ wie regulär auf dem SchildIm Großen und Ganzen würde ich das Hotel nicht weiter empfehlen.

-: Eten is waardeloos, we zijn in de avonden buiten gaan eten. Lift werkte niet en was heel klein voor een volle restaurant van bijna 1000 gasten
