+: We loved the location of the hotel and the breakfast. The staff were very helpful, professional, informative and thoughtful. They organised different tours for us including a hot air balloon and camel ride and a tour of the underground city, which made our stay unforgettable.

+: We've stayed in one of the "cave rooms", it was very cozy. The other rooms are located along the little street. At the end of the street, you'll find the terrace, where breakfast is served, which is very rich and tasteful. You can also go to the terrace in the evening for a drink, and the view is amazing. All the staff is very welcoming and kind, we were greeted by Mustafa, a very friendly and fun guy, he was really kind to us explaining everything. We booked all the activities through the hotel, directly from whatsapp, and the baloon flight as well. We highly recommend this hotel both for the staff and for the accomodation.

-: La colazione è di qualità ma la terrazza in cui viene servita, per quanto suggestiva, non è adatta: i tavolini sono da cocktail bar, bassi e lunghi e quasi tutti al sole, inoltre non sono apparecchiati e il servizio è inesistente. In generale credo dovrebbero concentrarsi un po' meno su Instagram e un po' di più sul servizio clienti, che risulta distratto.
