+: Je séjourne à Hierapark thermal Hotel pour la 2e année consécutive. Je me plais bcp dans cet hotel.. le personnel est accueillant aimable
-: Breakfast avec café à payer en extras. Dans la chambre pas de plateau café pas de bouilloire.C'est l'unique hôte dans les nombreux voyages dans tous les continents que j'ai visité où le café doit être payé en extras. INADMISSIBLE

+: Good size room for 2 adults and 1 child however the AC barely worked. Nice thermal pools and aqua park. Very rare to see pools open until 11 pm.
-: Dinner and breakfast options not that great. Barely any options for vegetarians. Could do with a few global cuisine options. Include atleast 1 beverage as a part of dinner. Front desk staff was great, however the restaurant staff was too curt. We checked in late and just made it in time for dinner which ends at 9.30 pm. We managed to serve ourselves with what was available at 9.25. They started wrapping up at 9.30 and requested us to leave by 9.40 atleast 5 times. We also asked for 2 cokes, the waiter was agonized by us placing this order and had to mention that it was chargeable and showed that he was doing us a big favor by providing it. Not a very welcoming experience.
