+: Excellent séjour au Hildegard Hôtel ! L’hôtel est parfaitement bien situé, le personnel est au petit soin. Propreté 1010. Si vous souhaitez venir à Alanya il est inutile de louer une voiture. Je vous recommande cependant de prendre un vol pour l’aéroport d’Alanya Gazipaşa et non l’aéroport d’Antalya car celui-ci se trouve à 1h30 environ de l’hôtel et le transfert revient très vite cher.

+: Very friendly staff, clean rooms, very good food, we ate there 3 or 4 times. Nice pool. Waiter was very friendly and funny😁

-: We booked the property primarily because it said on booking.com that it is FULLY accessible.... This is not the case, which can turn into a big problem if you really depend on it. We were traveling with someone who cannot climb stairs or only with big effort and pain. The buildung we were assigned and the restaurant, swimmingpool and all rooms in that building are ONLY accessible after climbing several relatively steep stairs into the lobbyrestaurant. Then there is a lift, but only til 3rd floor. Our rooms were on 4th floor, even though i made it clear well ahead of time that we are traveling with someone who absolutely needs a room accessible by lift. This was made known at the time of booking, with well enough planning time in terms of assigning rooms, especially if you advertise your property as accessible, these HAVE to be maintained. Also it families having rooms near each other should be understood, especially if acceaaibility needs are communicated from the beginning.Otherwise rooms were nice, small, clean, not fancy, nice balcony. Breakfast, restaurant and housekeeping staff very nice.

-: Ik vind de hygiëne persoonlijk heel vreselijk in de slaapkamers ik vind ze niet proper, ik had de eerste nacht toen ik aankwam haar in de badkamer gevonden was helemaal niet proper! Ik vind dat ze persoonlijk een nieuwe kuisvrouw moeten hebben het was ook de zelfde als vorig jaar.
