+: Pretty much every thing: the service, the food, the location, the rooms, quality of facilities and equipments.

-: There is honestly absolutely nothing we did not like about the property.

+: Buffet good, plenty of pools and longers

-: Extras expensive like water activity

+: Excellent food and facilities. Guest service staff through room phone 2222 were all excellent, very attentive and prompt, also very friendly. All staff in general were professional and friendly. Spa facilities and their staff deserve special praise. Also, special thanks are due to "Kumsal lezzetleri" staff for their excellent service and delicious food

-: Only two things. Beach is a bit disappointing, also parasols are not good enough and they are small, a bit larger than a big Mexican hat, not providing enough shade. Another disappointment was about a small minority of staff, we observed few times they provided preferential treatment for some customers for a tip, for example in Vento restaurant. We should emphasize most of the staff in that restaurant were professional and not involved in such acts.

+: Direct sea access, excellent food and breakfast - kitchen unchangeable fabulous!

-: If you expect to get what you book, it could be surprised that instead sea view room you will be voluntary downgraded to Lake House with swamp view (presented from the staff as upgrade!!) with no view and different quality (like cheap apartment). After some hours fighting we got room what exactly booked. Is big surprise, when you arriving in Hotel and start to check in heard "sorry, all rooms is occupied, just tomorrow will be available, for now you have upgrade to lake house :((. " But this was just beginning - terrible cleanness. You have to be ready to find something under you bad from previous guests.

+: Obwohl ich nicht mit allen Aspekten meines Aufenthalts zufrieden war, möchte ich das Restaurant und das Personal besonders hervorheben. Das Essen im Restaurant war erstklassig, und die Auswahl an Speisen hat mich begeistert. Zudem war das Personal unglaublich freundlich und zuvorkommend. Ihre Aufmerksamkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft haben meinen Aufenthalt deutlich angenehmer gemacht. Vielen Dank an das Team

-: Ich war mit meinem Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel äußerst unzufrieden. Die Bedingungen im Zimmer waren inakzeptabel: • Feuchtigkeit im Zimmer: Sowohl der Bettlaken als auch das Kissen waren feucht, was den Schlafkomfort erheblich beeinträchtigt hat. Das Laminat war aufgequollen und der ganze Raum roch muffig. • Mangelnde Sauberkeit: Das Badezimmer war in einem schlechten Zustand. Alle Fugen waren vergilbt und insgesamt machte es einen unsauberen Eindruck. • Klimaanlage: Die Klimaanlage funktionierte nicht richtig und blies nur feuchte Luft in den Raum, was das Klima noch unangenehmer machte. • Flure und allgemeine Hotelatmosphäre: Die Flure zu den Zimmern waren extrem warm und unklimatisiert. Mit dem Glasdach über dem gesamten Hotel fühlte es sich wie ein schwüler Wintergarten an. Diese Umstände machten den Aufenthalt sehr unangenehm und enttäuschend. Ich kann dieses Hotel leider nicht empfehlen.

+: The swimming pools and the beach and as well the restaurant which offered variety type of food.

-: The value of my stay was way too high and not according to my expectations. I was not satisfied with the room furniture which does not comply with the Hilton standards. Moreover my room was way too far from the lobby (you need to walk for like 6 to 7 mins) to reach the lobby. Additionally the access card was disrupted 3 times within 2 days and I had to go the reception to reactivate the card and I was surprised that the hotel did not apply the access card over the mobile phones and the app. Of the hotel as well was not working properly (I could not log in). The king size bed was small for couple. The air condition in the room used to switch off every time I open the balcony door to go out and smoke. (I don’t think these are Hilton standards).

+: The resort is more than amazing and the locations of restaurants and coffee shops are organized well.
