-: It was declared the non-smoking room with Kitchenette, wicrowave and all kitchenware. In fact, there was no microwave and no any kitchenware except an electric kettle, 2 tea cups and 2 tablespoons (no any folks, knifes, plates, glasses, frying pans, saucepans, etc.). Only on the 3rd day, after the intervention of support from booking.com, they brought a microwave, 2 forks, 2 knives, a dirty pan and a plate. And it was a smoking room with an ashtray, with cigarette burn marks on the carpet and in the plastic washbasin, and with a strong smell of cigarette smoke. I don't smoke and I have asthma.

+: The location and the staff are friendly but they can barely speak any English.
-: The breakfast is non-existent, no buffet whatsoever, the waiter doesn't speak English and will what he want, when I asked for a scrambled egg he didn't understand me, and I had to pay extra for a Nescafe, appalling! The TV and AC barely worked, wi-fi connection was poor, I just decided not to complain to preserve my mental health. This is not a 4* hotel, this is a 2* property, I do work in the hospitality industry and I can tell this place is not fit for purpose. The reception team were really nice but is nothing they can do is their place is falling apart.
