+: Apart from poor room service , the outdoor activities, entertainments , night live shows , buffets are all excellent at 7 star rating. Very friendly and helpful staffs.
-: The room service is very poor, you have to call the reception several times to ask for room service, the reception check in wasn’t that good, they asked for printed booking confirmation, not that much fluent English speakers at the reception. We had overflowing sink , we complained it 3 times, they sorted it 4th time.

-: Uns hat nicht gefallen wie schlecht und unfreundlich der Manager vom Hotel war, das Zimmer sehr veraltet garnichts erneuert, WC Spülung ging nicht, am Waschbecken die Abflussleitung undicht, Duschkabienen Türe kapput. Immer tag täglich das gleiche essen, nie abwechslungsreich. Mein Tipp, meidet diesen Hotel

-: This hotel was a bump and all they cared about was making money!!!! Every staff was rude and customer service was non existent!! They charged for WiFi which I’ve never heard off they were trying to charge money if you lost your room key good selection was minimal they refused to keep the lights on the whole hotel had no lights if felt like a horror movie in the corridors this hotel should be 1 star don’t waste your time or pay extra for superior rooms as all the rooms were standard it was the worst hotel I have ever been too
