This family-run hotel is 656 feet to Kumbahce Beach and offers rooms with free Wi-Fi and the last tangerine garden remaining at the Bodrum town center which is fitted with comfortable rattan furniture. Located at the heart of Bodrum, the hotel has car rentals and a tour desk. Each room at Gulec Hotel is air-conditioned and fitted with simple furnishings. +: Very quiet but central and convenient location close to the Bodrum city center bus station. The staff are very helpful, and there is a wonderful large garden which is very nice for simply sitting and enjoying some quiet time.

-: Da dove posso partire? La colazione era prettamente salata (intendo che per mangiare dolce potevi solo mangiare una fetta di pane con marmellata, non c’era altro). Nessuno dello staff dell’hotel parla inglese: una volta ho gentilmente fatto presente l’assenza dello shower gel in camera e se fosse possibile per loro integrare la scorta, non capiva cosa volesse dire “shower gel”, ho fatto veramente molta fatica. Inoltre, nonostante io mettessi il cartoncino fuori dalla camera per far sì che mi pulissero la camera, non me la pulivano: entravano, riponevano il cartoncino sul comó e uscivano. Per quando riguarda il check out avevamo chiesto allo staff se fosse stato possibile farlo alle 6.15 (avevo un volo alle 8), il proprietario mi ha chiesto di bussare alla sua camera, di svegliarlo il mattino seguente per poter fare il check out…molto professionale. Sconsiglio totalmente. È frustrante che nessuno capisca l’inglese e nemmeno che si sforzi di capire..

+: Posizione centralissima, disponibilità dei 2 signori alla reception. X chi non ha grandi aspettative è utilizza l hotel solo x doccia e dormire può andar bene perché in pieno centro
-: Hotel vecchio, assenza di comodini o altro All interno della stanza, doccia con tenda corta e bagno privo di appendi asciugamani. Colazione misera (solo prodotti locali e non internazionale olive pomodori formaggio) fortunatamente c era il pane con marmellate e cioccolata.
