-: The service was good on some days others not so good. It was one evening where I had to call 3 times to get cutlery to my room and they said yes were coming everytime and no one came. Didn’t get to eat my food and had to call in the morning and let them know my disappointment. Also they changed my room without telling me and with no permission. Everything in my room was unpacked and when I came back from a day out they gave me new room keys and told me I’ve been moved and I ask if I can go pack my things and they tell me everything has already been moved. To my surprise they had packed all my belongings and moved it to the new room. This was very uncomfortable. Felt like my privacy was invaded.
