-: Everything else. The place was not clean at all. Overpriced for what you get. Extremely small room. Breakfast was terrible.

+: Location fabulous very close to Blue Mosque and many other popular visitor attractions. View from rooftop restaurant wonderful. Room spotless and bed comfortable. Would use this hotel again.

-: Despite having a lift, still one quite steep flight of stairs to rooftop restaurant.

-: Ich würde nicht wieder in diesem Hotel übernachten.Wir blieben hier für knapp eine Woche. Das erste, was wir bemerkten, als wir ankamen, war, wie schmutzig und ungepflegt der Teppich war.Das Bett war sehr sehr klein. Das W-Lan (wenn man das überhaupt W-Lan nennen kann) war eine TOTALE Katastrophe und Stromausfall ist in dem Hotel auch nichts neues.Eines der Schranktüren war halb draußen, da sie nicht festgeschraubt war. Wir bekamen Obst als Willkommensgeschenk ins Zimmer und nach einem Tag war das Obst zu 80% mit Schimmel bedeckt und das Reinigungspersonal ließ es einfach liegen.Das Frühstück war unterirdisch und man hätte genauso das was angeboten wurde im Supermarkt als Fertigprodukt kaufen.Die Fenster waren sehr undicht, man konnte jedes Geräusch von draußen hören. Das Personal war sehr launisch und überhaupt nicht hilfsbereit. Nimmt den Service Airport von denen nicht ist eine totale Abzocke.

From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm smiles and a genuine eagerness to make my stay as comfortable as possible. The attention to detail was remarkable; every staff member went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met. The front desk team was incredibly accommodating, handling check-in with efficiency and friendliness. They provided insightful recommendations for local attractions and dining, which greatly enhanced my visit. The housekeeping staff did a phenomenal job maintaining a pristine room, and their thoughtful touches did not go unnoticed. What truly set this hotel apart was the personal touch in every interaction which is all the near door steps like Hagia Sofia, Blue Masjid, Grand Bazar, Bosphorus cruse. The staff's genuine care and professionalism created an atmosphere that felt both welcoming and luxurious. I personally recommend Hotel Perula to all of my friend and families.
