-: Hotel is old and should be renovated but that is not justification for a very low standard of cleanliness. Rooms are very dirty and not maintained (photos of the room are attached). We also experienced very inconvinient situation for which hotel managment never apologized or offered some compesation. When we came in hotel at 2AM the swears and toilet stench was spreading through the one of the room. It was impossible to sleep and even to breathe inside. The other room had a problem with window closing system. Recepcionist agreed that there were a problem with sewer in the room, but he didn’t provide us another room (he said that hotel was fully booked) or any other solution to us, so five girls stayed on the street in 2AM while nobody said even “I am sorry”. We found another hotel and we request a refund even for that night but they didn’t accept. They were resolving our problem two days and we were forced to pay for two hotels. Since they didn't want to give us a refund, we decided to come back for the last two night of our vacation since they offered another rooms. After we came nightmare continued; curtain system fell away in the middle of the night, we relaized that hotel has poor hygienic conditions, last night we couldn’t close doors, Etc…. And during the entire stay, no one ever apologized to us. Be very caferul with good hotel reviews and rather choose antoher in the neighborhood since location is good.

+: La ubicación es ideal para visitar la parte histórica de la ciudad, pero por otra parte de noche no hay mucho ambiente. El personal es muy amable.
-: Esperaba un desayuno más variado, como el que aparece en la foto, era un poco escaso y sin variedad.Si querías algo más había que pagarlo a parte. El patio-jardín que aparece en la foto no estaba habilitado, estaba vacío. La nevera estaba dentro del armario sin conectar.
