+: Staff was good and helping.Both the boys at reception were excellent and helping. That was the only positive in this whole hotel.
-: Bed sheets were torn. The tea kettle has dirty water already in it. There were many missing things.

+: It’s more a hostel than a hotel, it was nice and ticked all the boxes you need. There’s lockers, fridge, towel is provided, 247 friendly service.
-: Shower felt not clean. Pillow was rock hard so I had to use my own clothes as a pillow.

+: Our room was quiet, the beds were clean & comfortable. Air-condition and fridge worked well. Great to be able to have coffee or tea at the reception.Amazing to finish the day on the rooftop.Staff is friendly and helpful. Thank you :)

+: I was delay 40 minutes and taxi was gone . No one there to pick me up
-: Taxis is Istanbul are terrible they lie , they do not ha a taximeter . You have to get in argument with the driver over the cost of any trip .They are a rip off literally
