+: -Being adult only made it waaay more comfortable & relaxing-cozy, calm, clean-diversity in food & beverages options for ultra all inclusive residents-the food and the service in the Hyde beach restaurant was amazing

-: -house keeping staff are quite slow that our room doesn’t get cleaned till 2-3 pm although we spend the whole morning in the beach & pool Also, once we came back in the evening noticing that the floor is full of glass fragments..Looks like some thing has broke regardless of what’s the thing .. why wasn’t the fragments removed for our safety!!-service in the pool side; we asked multiple workers to get us water but none did within an hour a bit more or less so we got it by ourselves from the bar

+: Our stay at Hyde Hotel Bodrum was fantastic, with several positive aspects that made it an enjoyable experience.The rooms were modern, newly furnished, and very clean. With a minimum size of 37 m², they provided plenty of space to relax. The single beds were also generously sized, each 1 meter wide, adding to the comfort. We also had a beautiful view of the pool with balcony which enhanced the overall ambiance of the hotel.The hotel grounds were well-maintained and visually pleasing. One of the standout features was the sun loungers by the pool and beach—they were very comfortable, with padded cushions that made lounging a pleasure. There There were enough sunbeds however the Hotel wasnt be fully booked. Umbrellas were also of high quality, providing excellent shade and adding to the upscale feel of the facility.The food was another highlight. It was light, varied, and consistently delicious. We especially enjoyed the offerings at the pool bar and beach bar, which were perfect for a quick snack during the day. The Hotel offers a lot of differents beverages. The hotel’s location was also convenient, being just a 15-minute taxi ride from the city center, allowing for easy exploration of Bodrum.In summary, Hyde Hotel Bodrum impressed us with its spacious and comfortable rooms, luxurious sun loungers, quality umbrellas, delicious food, and convenient location.

-: While we enjoyed many aspects of our stay at Hyde Hotel Bodrum, there were a few areas that could be improved, particularly regarding service and entertainment.Unfortunately, the service at the pool was not up to standard. There simply weren't enough staff, and we were rarely asked if we wanted drinks. While it was possible to get drinks at the bar ourselves, for a hotel in this price range, I expected the staff to be more attentive and to regularly check in with guests about their drink orders. It often felt like we were in a self-service hotel, and this was the case at the beach as well. The service there was just as lacking, with staff paying little attention to the guests.The same issues continued in the evening at the "Sun & Moon" terrace. We felt largely ignored by the waitstaff, and when we ended up getting our drinks from the bar ourselves, it almost felt unwelcome, as though guests retrieving their own drinks wasn't encouraged. Overall, we got the impression that the hotel was trying to minimize the number of drinks being served to guests. While we don’t expect drinks to be brought to us 247, we do expect attentive service, especially in a hotel of this category.Another aspect that could be improved was the music at the beach bar. We didn’t particularly enjoy the selection, as it lacked international hits, which would have added to the lively, upbeat atmosphere we were expecting.Additionally, we experienced some inconsistency with the bar service. On one occasion, Grey Goose vodka was served, but the next time we ordered it, we were told it would cost extra, despite having booked the Ultra All-Inclusive. Another negative point was that the beach felt cramped. The beach itself wasn't particularly large, which isn't necessarily a problem. However, what I found bothersome was the wooden wall that separates Hotel Vogue from Hyde. As a result, there is no nice view of the sea.

+: The staff were exceptional, great customer service. A special thanks to the manager for assisting in changing our room. The food was amazing!!!!
