+: This is our third year staying in IC Green Palace. This time my wife and I brought our parents so we were a group of six. Everything was amazing! Starting from absolutely amazing staff, specially Ms. Gizem in reception that was there for us in any moment, with very helpful and warm attitude. My wife’s parents don’t speak any TurkishEnglishRussian and still somehow they felt so amazed by whole experience and staff in the hotel. Food was great as always, with every day having variety of food offered. You just can’t stay hungry there! Among other amazing staff we’d like to point out Songül and Merve in hotel restaurant, Mehmet on roller skates, and as well Mr. Safet who is painting. Them and ms. Gizem were one more reason why we will visit IC Green Palace next time as well!

+: L'hôtel est grand, très jolie, propre, le personnel aux petits soins, on avait le droit chaque matin à un appel pour prendre des nouvelles, c'est sympa.les piscine sont magnifiques grandes et propres, on ne se sent pas les uns sur les autres, activités sportives toute la matinée.Le kids club est sympa, avec de super activités notamment jardinage et visite aux animaux de l'hôtel, je n'ai malheureusement pas aimé les séances de cinéma tard le soir, le café ouvert jusqu'à 22h30 sert des cafés délicieux.On mange bien au snack, il y a aussi un autre sur la plage qui sert de très bonne crêpes turques, dans le grand restaurant la nourriture est varié, et il y a un coin grillade dehors.La nuit il y a généralement chaque soir des spectacles, en suite des musiciens au bar de la piscine c'est sympa.Les chambres sont nettoyé chaque matin, et les serviettes changées.Le bain turc est bien mais malheureusement il faut payé 60€ minimum les prestations, si non vous avez juste l'accès sans produits sans rien, c'est dommage quand on vous le vend comme gratuit sur le site.La plage est spacieuse possibilité de faire beaucoup d'activités aquatiques, transates et serviettes à disposition toute la journée à la plage comme à la piscine.
-: Le prix du taxi pour aller à la vieille ville par exemple est super cher 85€ l'allerretour, pour land of legend 75€, dommage l'hôtel aurait pue mettre des navettes gratuite pour ses clients car il est très excentré.La nourriture du grand restaurant est celle d'un 3 ou 4* pas d'un 5*, même si elle est varié, c'est pas très savoureux, heureusement il y a le snack et les grillade dehors.On aurait aimer avoir une laverie à disposition car celle de l'hôtel a des prix élevés.Il faut pensé à améliorer le goût des pâtisseries et dessert de tout l'hôtel Tout les magasin pas inclus dans l'hôtel sont hors de prix

-: Attention! Not suitable for children! Despite that it has in name “kids concept”Briefly: THIS HOTEL IS NOT 5 *! Very DISAPPOINTED!More Cons: - cleanliness of the rooms is 3, - Hotel needed to be renovated! We changed room 3 times! First - because of the bed - it blocked balcony door and we couldn’t come out to balcony, 2d - our conditioner licked and we had a big puddle of water and one time my son slipped and I had to constantly put a large towel in the hallway, and the last (3d room) was so close to hotel chicken coop that my little baby woke up at 4 am because of crowing of roosters,- terrible noise from the neighboring hotel (it's right over the fence) from 9 pm to 12 am (so loud that when you're lying in bed, you feel the bass of the music inside your chest), kids woke up a lot,- water slides, as it turned out, are prohibited for children under 125 (my son is 6 years old, 120 cm, he was really looking forward to these slides, he outgrew the others available at the hotel), - the indoor pool is closed for some reason until November, this was not in the information, we had plans on it (the little baby sleeps, the oldest son and daddy had to swim there in the heat), - I don’t understand why in the evening (since 8-9 pm, kids time) they have just mini disco…Considering the price we paid, we expected much more. All photos are attached.+Staff are very nice (Oksana, the main manager of main restaurant), but it is not enough unfortunately..
