+: The property was awful. Small rooms that look nothing like the photos, not to mention the room wasn’t cleaned properly . There was blood on the bed sheets and pillowcase plus blood on cotton pad in the vanity box which clearly hadn’t been checked. The breakfast dining area was unclean with stains on almost all dining chair fabric. The breakfast was abysmal, how anyone could eat it really puzzled me.

-: The reception area is the nicest part of the hotel once you walk beyond there it’s not very nice

+: The location was amazing! The food was available from early morning til 9 pm. The variety of the food and the activities. Shops are few steps away and the Bazar is 10-15 mins walk or 3 minutes with a taxi. The staff were friendly and the place was super clean around the clock no matter how full the hotel was.

+: Personeel was vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

-: Absoluut geen 5 sterren hotel. Dagelijks hetzelfde eten, te weinig ligstoelen, slechte strand en een animatiegroep die wel een upgrade kan gebruiken.

+: Great location, always clean and very safe for teenagers to walk around freely

-: Queuing for drinks, and drinks in restaurants no self serve

+: The hotel is located in the center and it is easy to reach everywhere. We were pleased with the cleanliness of the hotel. The food was delicious and diverse. Even a picky eater can easily find something to eat. The hotel's staff are polite and helpful. The pool was large and had enough sunbeds. The beach is narrow but long. There are enough sun loungers on the beach. We had no problems finding sun loungers. We had a pleasant and relaxing holiday.
