+: The establishment surpassed my expectations; the customer service was exceptional, with all staff members being friendly and accommodating. The hotel upgraded our room to a lovely suite with a sea view as a birthday gift for me. Having a coffee shop right next to the hotel was fantastic. It provides excellent accessibility to all nearby amenities. The restaurant staff were delightful, and the cuisine was outstanding. Celebrating my 40th birthday in Calis was a complete joy; the locals were friendly and hospitable. Additionally, we consistently receive a discount at the restaurant for staying at the hotel. Our flight was scheduled for the evening, and although the checkout time was 11 am, we vacated the room. The hotel staff kindly allowed us to use the facilities and securely stored our luggage at the reception while we enjoyed the pool and explored the area. Such a lovely gesture!

-: The entire experience was wonderful! Just a small concern, I believe the towels and top sheets need to be changed as they are quite worn out.
