-: Le personnel est très gentil mais ne parle pas anglais. Pas de bureau des excursions comme indiqué dans la fiche de l'hôtel, pas de bureau de change, pas de vue montagne mais vue sur une 4 voies très bruyante, pas d'insonorisation des chambres, restaurant bon mais assez cher et sans tarifs affichés.La fiche de l'hôtel est entièrement à revoir car il n'y a pas les prestations promises, ça en fait un séjour décevant surtout pour une touriste qui pensait découvrir la Capadocce. Ce n'est pas un hôtel pour des vacances.

-: La struttura sembra datata, in camera c’era uno strano odore di fumo (?). C’erano delle luci della camera rotte. In camera c’era inoltre caldissimo nonostante avessimo spento il riscaldamento. La camera dava inoltre sulla strada principale, altamente trafficata. Siamo stati pochino, surreale però che alla reception nessuno parlasse una parola di inglese.
