+: Location and value for the money! The owner Oktay was very helpful and excellent source of information and did his best to give us a very rewarding Turkey experience! He prepared breakfast for our liking, gave recommendations for tours and restaurants and bought tickets for bus to Cappadocia and arranged taxis for bus station and the airport. The staff were also very friendly and helpful! We had a great time talking and learning about Turkey and its history and cuisine.
-: The room was little cramped and dated but comfortable enough!

+: The managerowner was very helpful, esp when our child had a dental issue and we needed a visit to a dentist at the last minute. The location is perfect. It is close to everything. The rooftop is lovely. We really loved the ease with which you could get around especially with the light rail right up the street.
-: Not all of the facilities on the roof were functional, i.e. laundry, stove top etc. We were able to use the owner's washing machine, however.

+: The location is ideal, only a 10 minute walk from the historical sites (Hagia Sofia, Blue Mosque, Basilica Cistern). The business owner, Oktay, is an absolutely wonderful person...print outs for boarding passes, arranging taxis and that also at almost 40% less than what the taxis quote even after haggling, being able to leave luggage for collection later in the day even after checkout and use their coffee facilities free of charge, made fried eggs for breakfast one day just to give a change from the boiled eggs on breakfast, recommended a restaurant and their food was one of the best we had whilst there.......basically he is very caring. Very good breakfast...eggs, sauted potatoes, cereals, jams, bread, hot and cold drinks, veg, cheese, salami... Plenty of restaurants at walking distance.
-: As there is no lift, going up to higher floors can be demanding. We were on the 4th floor, that I think is the highest.
