-: Bathroom doors would not close. Laundries in both rooms were not working. Gas cooker was not working. Flooring was awful. Wallpaper peeling off the walls. Air conditioning would stop working. Shower head off the shower. Replacement was given. But was nit satisfactory Overall experience was a disaster. Breakfast was limited and had to walk up 6 flight of stairs.

+: The location is not too bad, about 30 minutes walk from old city. There is a big hill you need to walk up to get there though. The size of the room was okay. Breakfast was okay but quite basic and limited choice.
-: Cleanliness of the rooms. There was no cleaning while we were there and no changing of towels. The room was dirty and a lot of things were broken. In our second day we were told we needed to move to a different room which was smaller. Only one key for the room which made it difficult if one of you wanted to go out. Stairs are very narrow. In the kitchen the tables and chairs were half broken and it was very narrow.

-: Bathroom mainly as toilet was too high seated and whole bathroom on a slant making toilet slanted. Shower broken. Mould in bathroom and fixturessockets hanging off or glued on. Fridge with broken parts,kettle not working. Ac dripping.
