+: Excelent comportamentul personalului, locatia hotelului langa gara Sirkeci, camerele curate, mancarea foarte buna, hotelul are terasa cu priveliste foarte frumoasa catre Bosfor.

+: Le personnel était super sympathique. On a été surclassé et le confort de la chambre des lits était très bien. Le ménage était fait tous les jours. Un verre de thé ou un café nous était offert à chaque retour à l'hotel. Rien à dire. Je recommande+++
-: Mon séjour à l'hôtel etait positif sauf sur une chose qui m'a vraiment déçue . Le code de ma valise a été forcée par je ne sais pas qui. Le code que j'avais enregistrée n'était plus valide donc on a forcé et modifié. Heureusement je ne laisse rien de précieux en quittant l'hótel!!!

+: We arrived at midnight and there was an issue with booking but the staff was great, he just let us go to our room and settle the issue in the morning.Location is great next to metro, tram, food and within walking distance to the tourist places.
