+: Tunjay the main manager of the hotel was exceptional and extremely friendly and he upgraded our room for free to a family room on the ground floor next to the reception. We regularly got extra towels, blankets etc. The location was fantastic right next to the tram track where all the shops were present. It was nice to have water and coffee every single day in the room and room service was quite adequate.
-: Most of the other staff were very rude and there was a huge language problem. The breakfast was below average and extremely basic and hardly any variety. In the breakfast lounge, there was no English tea available.
