-: le seul « point négatif » c’est qu’il n’y a pas de wifi dans l’hôtel, pour les étrangers qui n’ont pas de sim turque il faudra acheter des tickets wifi 14€ pour 1 semaine

+: The food was more or less ok, especially Grill food was decent. nothing else to add into positive moments, to be honest

-: service is awful, when we arrived, internet didn't work, so they couldn't charge my card and refuse to check-in us until they can charge, which is ridiculous. in a few days we had leak in our bathroom, but nothing was done. the hotel needs renovations asap. the beach is dirty.

-: Very crowded everywhere. Dirty pools. Very noisy restaurants. No information about food ingredients in the buffet. Very long queue to get food, drinks and being seated. The staff behave as if they don't want to be disturbed, this made me avoid asking for advice and help during my stay.

-: This is not a 4 star hotel!! Poor selection of food. Doesn't taste like anything. Constant queue at all stations. And this applies to both breakfast, lunch and dinner. You must provide your own drinks for dinner. No service at the tables. Forks and knives and plates were missing. Small selection of drinks, which you often get in cardboard mugs. Guests can leave their towels on sunbeds until the following day and this secure the same sunbeds the next day. towels and clothes are not removed by staff in the evening. So all sunbeds are reserved even if you get up at 6 to reserve one. . Cleaning at the pool and common area is poor. Bad information about facilities and options at check-in. You just get a note that describes meal times. Wifi costs money - also in common areas. Only free at reception. We had problems with the air conditioning in our room the first 2 days and technicians were sent out constantly. They tried to fix the air conditioning but it kept breaking after an hour. The night was terrible. I had to fight for a new room on the 2nd day. I have informed the staff about all this

-: Le personnel ne parle et ne comprend pas l’anglais, difficile de communiquer, personnel et animateurs ne s’occupent que des clients russes, turcs et allemands, difficile de demander quoi que ce soit ou d’expliquer lorsque on ne parle ni russe ni turc ni allemandLes chambres sont très salles, malgré la bonne volonté du personnel de nettoyage, difficile d’enlever les saletés incrustés depuis plusieurs mois voire années, odeurs nauséabondes dans la salle de bain et dans plusieurs endroits de l’hôtel, en 8 jours notre chambre a été nettoyée que 2 fois (nettoyage très sommaire, cf photos après passage de l’homme de ménage )Matériel, chaises et transats cassé (photos)Repas du déjeuner et du dîner, très peu variable, viande très grasse, plats parfois de la vielle, difficile de trouver des tables libre, sur 2 heures de service midi et soir, les tables sont quasi complètes tout au long du service, vaisselle et couverts salle, verre en plastique lavés et réutilisés plusieurs fois Piscine, pas très propre…
