Keys:

On the day of departure, the keys must be handed over at the reception until 12:00.

Laundry services: A package for dirty linen and prices for services is in the closet of your room. If you wish to receive clean things on the same day, please call the hotel reception before 9:00 (telephone 8826). In this case, an employee will be sent to you who will take your belongings to the laundry. If you want to get clean things the next day, please leave a bag with dirty laundry and a sheet with quotations on the bed, indicating what you need to do (wash / iron).
Valuables: Please keep all valuables, documents and money in the safe. The hotel is not responsible for lost items left outside the safe. A safe is located in each room. The service is safe free. Leave safe on departure day.
Lost items: For personal items lost on site, please contact reception.
Pools : In connection with the cleaning of the pool, it is forbidden to enter the pool after 19:00
Aid post: Located next to the stairs at the entrance to the restaurant. Opening hours of the doctor from 10:00 to 12: 00 / 13:00 to 17:00. Doctor services are paid.

Thermos with hot water: You can ask in the guest relation office for use during the rest and replenish in any of the bars during the working hours of the bar.
