+: This is our second time at this hotel..Kind reception staff answered all questions especially Echav Ecen.It is extremely well located, close to all important objectives. Most importantly, I chose this hotel because it has its own secure parking lot.

-: I liked everything... Let's say that the breakfast is a bit expensive per person, but anyway we didn't need it because we didn't want to wake up for breakfast. From what other people were saying, the breakfast is a bit expensive.

+: Świetna lokalizacja, duży parking, przestronne i czyste pokoje, uprzejma obsługa. Smaczne śniadania z widokiem na morze. Można korzystać z tylnego wyjścia, aby było bliżej do atrakcji Stambułu.

+: Room was large and clean bed amazing size and comfortable. Great to have a fridge too. View from room ok.

-: Airport transfer did not turn up despite booking well in advance and confirming on the day of our arrival! Mangyed to arrange an airport transfer ourselves at the airport and was much cheaper too! Staff were disinterested, made no apology whatsoever! Plenty of them, but all too formal and very unwelcoming focused more on taking payment. It's our second time at this hotel, and they were the same two years ago, but I thought we'd give them the benefit of the doubt... Restaurant expensive and closed early, so we didn't bother. Breakfast now additional extortionate cost at £17 each so we ate elsewhere which is a shame as it's a lovely hotel but they're outpricing themselves and seem too keen on money rather than service which isn't the Turkey we know or love so we will stay elsewhere next year. Also be aware taxi up the hill into Sultanahmet costs £25 so unless you're feeling very energetic in this heat to face the long walk uphill, it'll cost you!

+: La vue sur la mer de Marmara, la chambre est spacieuse, agréable et confortable.Le restaurant est très agréable avec sa vue sur mer et les dauphins. Il y a même un serveur très gentil qui parle français, ce petit monsieur est adorable. Nous sommes déjà venus 5 fois dans cet hôtel qui est proche de Sainte Sophie et la mosquée bleue et les citernes.

-: Pour monter dans la baignoire, un peu haute.Il manque le miroir grossissant dans la salle de bain et une salle de massage.
