+: Hotel is located at very nice private beach with cristal waters and nice decks. Amazing landscape with many water sports options and nice beach service. Rooms are amazing with a lot of space - super comfortable and well decorated! Serhat Kaya from guest relations helped us in every aspect related to hotel and city - super educated and supportive it made our stay even better

-: Everything was great - would just mention that beach menu could be enlarged and English speaking is sometimes hard to get understood.

+: In meinen Augen eines des best geführten Hotels in Bodrum. Wir sind eine sehr viel reisende Familie und immer in der höchsten Hotelkategorie international unterwegs. In diesem Hotel haben wir eine sehr persönliche Betreuung erlebt, insbesondere durch den -gefühlt- immer anwesenden und sich immer kümmernden guest relation manager Serhat Bey. Er ist immer da wenn man ihn braucht und sorgt dafür das alles stimmt, und trotzdem ist alles sehr unaufdringlich. Das gesamte personal ist wunderbar: Man hat sich wirklich um unsere Wünsche und Bedürfnisse gekümmert und alles gemacht, um uns glücklich zu machen. Das Frühstücksbuffet war grandios! Ambiente ist sehr gepflegt und stylish aber auch gemütlich . Alles ist superfrisch, hervorragende Auswahl and qualitativ auf dem höchsten Niveau. Neben einem A la cart restaurant Hotel bietet auch ein Mittags und Abendbuffet an Ich habe selten ein qualitativ so anspruchsvolles und schmackhaftes Buffet erlebt: Sensationelle Mezze, bestes seafood and Fleisch. Sensationeller Service! Und Executive Chef Erdem Bey ständig anwesend um Ihnen die Gerichte zu erklären und sie zu beraten und Ihnen Ihre wünsche von den Augen abzulesen. Ich muss unbedingt auch den KIDS club erwähnen, indem sich unser Sohn sich mit den Kinderanimateuren Neco und Zeynep sehr woh gefühlt hat. Es war bestimmt nicht das letzte mal dass wir im Kaya Palazzo Le Chic Bodrum waren.

+: Avrupanın bir çok şehrini, Dubaini, Koreni gezmiş biri olarak söyleye bilirim ki, şimdiye kadar yapdığımız en güzel tatil bu otelde oldu. Çünki gelir gelmez başda Serhat bey olmakla her kes çok cana yakın ve dostca davrandı. Tüm konularda yardımcı oldu. Yemekler, 3 öğün 3 de harika 👌👌 6 yaşında yemekleri zor beğenen oğlum bile oranın yemeklerin çok sevdi. Dönerci bir abi vardı. O kadar medeni, güzel insandı ki! Onun güler yüzü için bile öğle akşam ordaydık 🤭 3 gün otelden hiç çıkmadık. Havuzda, denizde süper eğlendik. Çeşme, Fethiyede dü 3 gün-3 gün başka otellerde kaldık, amma favorimiz Kaya Palazzo!! Harikasınız 👏👏👏👏
