+: Everything from check-in, to our room, to ski rental, was amazing. The staff are very very nice. Zhibek was our Guest Experience Agent and she was exceptional! She was attentive and responsive and helped us with everything, from booking ski lessons to restaurant reservations. The spa is also very nice with a huge heated pool and Turkish Hammam. The food at all the restaurants was very good!
-: The cutlery in the buffet restaurant was not washed properly. We got one glass with lipstick stains on it and some forks and spoons were a bit sticky.

+: This was the best stay ever!! Amazing hotel with great food and great facilities!! The staff was very helpful and very friendly. Every moment they made us feel so special and welcome! The room was a good size and clean. Especially thanks to Mr Hakan he was so good and he was always there for us and our family! He made our holiday so special and we were so grateful for his support and his hard work! He answered every question with care and he was so supportive and careful we appreciate his hard work and great attitude. I just can’t recommend this hotel enough! We will come back definitely! If you want to have a beautiful experience and the best stay then you need to go to this hotel! Amazing job and amazing design every piece and everything in the hotel was an art! Great job!!

-: it was actually the worst ever resorts I booked in my life. let me summarize my story, our booking had to be non-refundable due to the hotel policy. Our bad luck that the booking was during the earthquake period. We could not travel because of this reason. we have tried to convince the hotel to give us a free cancelation, however, they refused. they are non-cooperative at all. Additionally, before our trip way before the earthquakes, we have called the hotel to book for us different restaurants and we wanted to take their views on what to do there, shockingly when we call, most of the time they hang the phone which is really unusual for a 5 star resort. Honestly it was a very bad experience and i will never recommend to any of my friends and family to visit this hotel anywhere in the world.
