Located on the beachfront, all inclusive Kaya Side has a private beach area offering free parasols and sun loungers. The property also features a garden, indoor pool, a kids' pool and an outdoor pool with 3 water slides.
Modernly decorated units of the premises include air conditioning, safe, mini-bar and flat-screen satellite TV. The private bathroom is fitted with free amenities. All units come with a balcony.
Leisure facilities include tennis, billiards and darts. After you work out in the gym, you can have a relaxation in Spa and Wellness Center including massage treatments and Turkish bath. The children’s playground is at the kids’ disposal.

+: Good hotel for what we paid, the stuff was very nice, the food was good, the beach is clean and sandy. Some good à la carte restaurant options if you want to change from the buffet. There is a bar next to beach so always easy to get refreshments. They have tennis courts, beach volleyball, other water sports, so overall many things to do during the day. Overall, we had a good stay!
-: A bit too many families with kids for my taste, gets a bit loud.

-: 1. Dos piscinas calientes!!! Imposible nadar así en este verano la única alternativa una pequeña piscina cubierta. 2. El menú de todas las comidas se repitió pasando un día 3. No puedes conseguir ningún punto de comida durante dos horas y media entre el almuerzo y la cena. 4. El snack bar de la habitación es super pobre a veces lo llenan otras no.

+: Staying at Kaya was a great experience. The hotel is nice the rooms are spacious and the food is really good too! Moreover the staff has been absolutely brilliant. Everyone is kind, smiling, trying to do the extra mile for the guests. They really made us belive that we are their friends and they care about us. Seriously can't name a single thing we didn't like! Thank you guys was an amazing experience!
-: If I really had to find something I would say they could have tissues in the rooms. The hotel next door is playing very loud music throughout the night but that didn't bother as much.
