+: my stay at your hotel was wonderful. I would like to highlight the excellent work of the reception and your ladies in red, especially Sofia. The maids on our floor also did a great job.

-: Unfortunately, our holiday was spoiled by an incident that occurred in the Lola Rossa (Turkish) restaurant, from which we were forced to leave without having dinner and feeling very disappointed. The thing is that Mr. Yavuz, who was in charge of the restaurant that evening, refused to help us with comfortable seating on the terrace, saying that he had guests more important than us. I travel a lot around the world and have often stayed at Kempinski hotels, but I have never encountered such disrespect. I think that against the backdrop of this incident, I will now think twice before choosing a Kempinski hotel for accommodation.

+: We like everything the food are amazing and the stuff they are very kind and very clean. We just love it.

+: Super location if you want to stay in the hotel and enjoy your quiet holidays. Everything is available at the hotel. Cristal clear water with a sun deck and a beach, nice swimming pool, overall a perfect hotel.

-: Food, ALL restaurants are not perse very bad but more that there is a bad service, everyone waited too long for their food but most of all the orders which were placed were just forgotten. I also think that this is a “Turkish men problem” too much ego from managers, walking behind the not very well trained staff, there is where the things go wrong, poor students are scared and obviously make mistakes, this is from my observation what is happening over there in the restaurants.

+: Gate to Heaven This is “The place to be in Bodrum”! I had been to this resort in July 2023 and left a review on Tripadvisor.com in Turkish "Mükemmel - Profesyonellik, kalite ve hizmet örneği” (“Excellent - An example of professionalism, quality and service”) which still reflects all its positive points today. For this reason, I invite you to read it, to discover all its particularities. My previous suggestions for improvements have been largely followed with excellent results. The structure is very large, surrounded by greenery, some areas are isolated and discreet for those who want more tranquillity and privacy. Even in the most challenging and demanding moments, the whole staff always is ready to support you for an exciting and unique experience. This year the Italian restaurant Mammadrau was open and the experience was amazing. I suggest you taking the “all-inclusive” formula because the restaurants are “à la carte” and all the proposals are exceptional … it is impossible to resist the temptation; the prices are in line with those in Europe but the quality is really high. On the beach you can conveniently order drinks and meals (customizable) through a “QR code” positioned on the umbrellas. I want to express my sincere appreciation for the outstanding service provided by Guest Experience Manager Mevlut, his Lady in Red and the Concierge team. Mr. Mevlut is good at anticipating our needs and quickly solving problems as they arise. The Lady in Red team added a personal touch to our experience. The Concierge team was incredibly knowledgeable and efficient. Thanks to their hard work, our stay was truly memorable. If you need an energy boost, turn to Mr. Savas, the restaurants manager, a real gem, a concentrate of sympathy and vitality, fast, perfect, always available, the definition of problem solver. I must compliment the General Manager, Mr. Serkan Husunbeyi, who, with great discretion, humility and friendliness, is always present in the hotel.

-: الموقع بعيد عن المدينة وكذلك الغرف غير نظيفة والسرير غير مريح والسعر مرتفع جدا جدا

+: Hôtel magnifique dans une baie calme avec plage de sable… piscine superbe , pleins de différents espaces à choix , ombragé, détente , pour les enfants … vue magnifique , chambre très confortable , personnel au petit soin , déjeuner délicieux … juste l’envie de revenir…

-: Le seul point négatif sont les prix des repas lunch sports nautiques qui sont vraiment élevés et pas en rapport avec la qualité. Les repas sont très bons mais mais ne justifie pas ce prix là en Turquie .. cela freine un peu l’envie de se faire un apéro sur la terrasse et du Wakeboard! Avec des prix un peu plus bas, les gens profiteraient en consommant plus …
