-: The hotel’s condition left much to be desired. The room had outdated furnishings, with hard mattresses and uncomfortable pillows. The bathroom was poorly ventilated, leading to a lingering damp smell. Every time we took a shower, water would remain on the floor because the drain was oddly positioned on a raised surface. We had booked a double bed, but upon arrival, we were given two separate single beds insteadю Dining was far from a relaxing experience. The staff constantly interrupted by removing plates prematurely and repeatedly asking if we were finished, making it impossible to enjoy our meals in peace. While most of the staff were friendly, our departure experience left a sour taste. When we tried to return our beach towels (for which they take a deposit), the man at the reception responded rudely and mockingly, stating that he had no idea about it, as it was the SPA, not the reception, that handled the towels. To top it all off, the elevator was incredibly slow and stuffy. We often had to wait up to 5 minutes just to use it. Additionally, there were enormous cockroaches, which was quite unsettling.
