-: Le mobilier et la décoration intérieure sont très vieux et l'ascenseur est délabré. Il n'y a pas d'éclairage. Il y a une odeur d'assainissement. Un son qui vous fait peur lorsque vous dormez à cause du chauffage des salles de bains.

+: -Good new conditioner.-Nice balcony. Very good view and cozy to sit by.-Decent pool.-Great location. Alot of great restaurants and shops nearby. Cleopatra beach is couple minutes walking distance.

-: -Old and dirty furniture. Our bed leg got broken it was promised to get repaired but never got fixed. Fridge old and smells. Could be more glasses and cups.- Only one key card for a family. You will end up banging on the door to get it open by someone else and hear neighbors do the same.-Worst wifi by far. Connection is poor and unreliable.- Accessibility problems. Elevator is small and you have to carry stroller through stairs regardless if you use elevator.- Worst cleaning service. Surface level with couple minutes of cleaning generally every three days. Our laundry in bathroom was taken thrown away with no responsibility or explanation from hotel.- Constant nagging about paying in cash in the restaurant area. Forgetting ordered items and mixing up orders that were already paid.-General lack of responsibility carelesness and reliability from the staff which lead to low score, which is shame, considering ups. Alot of issues could be solved without big investments.

+: The pictures were very deceiving. Both the apartments we had were very dated. Our showers didn’t work properly, the leaked into the bedroom or the temperature was to hot or to cold. The staff were very friendly especially Oken. They couldn’t do enough for us. Pool bar food was ok. Location was brilliant.

-: Hotel rooms were very dated. Didn’t have enough plates or cups in the room. The showers leaked everywhere. The cleaners didn’t change towels often enough and we had to keep asking for toilet roll and towels.
