+: Rooms were lovely and we received welcome pace with wine and fruit which was nice. Some amazing views and nice looking resort. Pool bars are excellent serving food until 4 pm. Main restaurant started off well with lots of choice, however as it got busier it went down hill. Steeply.

-: Variety of food lessened every day, didn't seem to have enough staff. Queuing for food not my idea of a good hotel. Had to ask for tables to be cleaned. Hoards of cats and dogs roaming around the place. Dogs get on sun lounger with you and hang around when eating at snack bar. Cats in restaurant - one even took food from my plate as I was eating. Some people loved it.... not very hygienic though. Bus to beach bar was handy but manage your expectations for the beach. Seems to be a residential area and not the prettiest beach. Indoor bar was very small and not big enough to cope with size of the resort. Nowhere else to go.

+: It was clean and had everything we needed for our stay accessible.

+: Wonderful, family oriented resort. Staff was helpful and very welcoming to our infant. Nightly entertainment and activities were great. Food provided a good mix of options for all types of eaters.

-: Despite booking a 3 bed suite we were not provided this. The resort provided 2 units as a solution but separated our family. Sadly our hot tub was not in service during the stay.

+: The heated pool.

-: NOT group friendly. Unsafe flooring, gaps in tiles and they don’t use or the anti slip has worn away. One of my party ended up with broken foot and tore tendons. undrinkable drinks. Unsafe carpark (the properties residents drive like they are on a race track and the Hotel does absolutely nothing about it. You only need to check with the locals about how many accidents they have there). My room was cleaned once the whole time I was there and my bedding wasn’t change once. I’ve attached a photo of how dirty the floor was in my apartment. Be wary if you have allergies, hardly any signs to let you know what was being served or it was signed wrong.

+: Prachtige appartement, goed en divers eten. Er was een basis dat iedere dag weer terug kwam, maar elke dag wel weer wat anders. Eten was heerlijk. Medewerkers receptie een 10 net zoals de entertainment vol enthousiasme vermaakte ze de gasten. De entertainment vd kinderen en kinderdisco viel goed in de smaak bij de kleintjes.

-: Werkende medewerkers aan de bar waren erg onvriendelijk hun gezicht stond hier ook naar alsof ze geen zin hadden. Hiernaast het aantal zwerfhonden en katten. Zwerfhonden lagen savonds vaak binnen in de portiek waardoor je er haast niet langs komt. Ook voor de ingang van het hoofdgebouw Ze vochten met elkaar de gehele dag door en snachts werd je hier gewoon van wakker door het geblaf. Hiernaast als je rustig lag op je bedje bij het zwembad springt er gewoon een zwerfkat op je die dan tegen je aan wenst te liggen. Voor mensen met een fobie of allergie raad ik het niet aan. Ook vonden we het jammer dat er in 6 dagen alleen 1x het appartement werd schoon gemaakt waardoor we iedere keer moesten bellen om schone handdoeken te brengen.
