+: Just loved the way the staff at beach club were so attentive. The director of f and b was just amazing. So helpful and helpful with general information too.
-: The air conditioning turns off too too quickly when you open balcony doors. And was annoying to turn on etc. That's the only minor thing they need to improve

-: Personal von Restaurant und Strand zur 90 Prozent unfreundlich und respektlos. Der Hotel Betreiber hat das Beach bereich ein anderen betreiber vermietet. Trotz so vielen Personal musste mann für ein Tee oder für ein Kaffee 15 Minuten warten oder mehrmals ansprechen wo es bleibt. Beach bereich war das aller letzte von sevice aus. Personal hat mehr die leute bedient die von draußen kamen eintritte bezahlt haben waren für die wichtiger als der Hotel Gast Katastrophe.

+: The location, the staff at the hotel and cleanness.
-: The hotel and the staff was wpnderful. However the beach is a run by seperate company not by hotel. So the guests cannot use the beach freely. Dedicated section is next to a loud music and very crowded. Of you want to sit further, you need to pay extra entrence fee which makes no sense for a hotel guest. I hope the hotel will run the beach itself instead of letting another company to run. As a hotel guest i wpuld like to use the beach freely and instead of pressure on spending extra constantly.
