+: Otele ulaştığımızdan ayrılışımıza kadar güleryüzlü ve içten yardımlarından dolayı Yasin Beye çok teşekkür ederiz. Otelin en olumlu ve iyi tarafı Yasin Beydi.

-: Kahvaltı standartların çok altındaydı. Hizmet çok kötü. Servis elemanları çok tecrübesizdi. Kahvaltı sonrası sipariş verdiğimiz Türk kahvesi mutfaklarında kahve kalmadı denilerek geri çevrildi. Soda limon için limon yoktu.

+: The staff is great, very responsive and very welcoming. The hotel itself is done with super taste!

-: It was very loudly sometimes, the walls between rooms are almost transparent so if the hotel is fully loaded, there might be voices coming from all around the place :))

+: Exceptional facilities, offering different experiences. The staff is amazing, very helpful and attentive. The pool area is always super clean and definitely hard to let go of. After four days you just simply can’t let go of the place!

+: Just beautiful. I ve travelled all over the world and would rate this hotel as the most atheistically beautiful I think I be seen yet. Well, it’s right up there. The breakfast was delicious. Had steak one night and it was amazing.

-: Not much at all. Some of the young staff are new and could probably keep a better look out to offer drinks around the pool if that’s the service they want to offer. A hairdryer in the room would be great.

+: Hotel selber hatte einen Charm von Casablanca := Sehr schöne Kerzen Beleuchtung Abends.

+: Das Hotel liegt sehr nah zum Zentrum, wir haben zu Fuß max. 7 Minuten gebraucht zu den beliebten Lokalen in Alacati. Dennoch ist das Hotel aber auch ruhig und es gibt keine Lärmbelästigung in der Nacht. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und sehr zuvorkommend. Haben von Herrn Yasin immer gute Tipps bekommen bezüglich Beach Clubs und durften den La Playa Tropical entdecken, die noch nicht so bekannt ist. Besonderes Dankeschön an die Frau Cazibe die uns für die letzten 3 Nächte ein Upgrade zu einem größeren Zimmer ermöglicht hat, an Herrn Muhammed an der Rezeption, der immer hilfsbereit und freundlich war und an Herrn Yasin und Semsettin die uns den Transport zu verschiedenen Orten und Lokalen erleichtert haben, weil die Taxi Situation dort sehr problematisch ist.

-: Die Liegen am Pool sind leider nicht optimal und bequem zum liegen.

+: Mohammed was the nicest and most helpful staff member, he always had a smile on his face and resolved any issues we had. He deserves a pay rise!The room was very clean and presented nicely for our honeymoon. We had the most beautiful view of the pool. Breakfast was yum!

-: No poolside menu or price list. There were lots of staff around but it wasn’t clear what their roles were. Most were unhelpful except for Mohammed. Lots people (maybe friends of staff) loitering around reception which isn’t inviting for customers. You can hear other people come into their rooms from the stairway and poolside if they were being loud. The door key was huge, and made way too much noise opening and closing the door.
