+: The front desk managers (both morning and evening shifts) were very helpful and assisted us with our requests. The language was a problem, but the staff spoke and understood us well enough to make our stay pleasant. The all inclusive dinner buffet was very elaborate and good.

-: Moram spomenuti da se oko hotela često pojavljuju divlje svinje i to dosta njih, cijeli dan. Nije sigurno izlaziti i šetati. Jako neugodno. Veliki minus za grad.U restoranu puno mački skaču po stolovima i jedu. Ima dosta i mravi...Hrana i higijena bi mogle biti bolje.

+: Sehr zuvorkommendes Personal. Sie wahren sehr hilfsreich. Das war unser erster Urlaub mit unserem Baby und alle waren begeistert von Ihm. Sie haben Ihn beim essen unterhalten damit wir sogar gemütlich essen konnten. An der Bar wahr ein junger Mann namens Yunus, der sehr freundlich war und super Cocktails mixte. Generell war das Preis Leistungsverhältnis Top.Kann es nur weiterempfehlen. Für unser Baby hat man auf anfrage extra gekocht und geputzt. Beim Chek in haben wir ein kleines Zimmer bekommen, das ich auch gebucht habe, das war uns ein bischen zu klein . Nachdem ich das erwähnt habe, haben wir ein grösseres Zimmer bekommen. Wir als Familie haben noch nie so freundliches Hotelpersonal gesehen obwohl wir in zick verschiedenen Hotels waren. Zum Abschluss haben wir noch paar Fotos mit dem Personal gemacht.
