+: Wszystko było doskonale. Taras z poduszkami i możliwość oglądania ze świetnej perspektywy unoszących się balonów o wschodzie słońca. Śniadania świetne. Personel uprzejmy, który donosił nam na basen ciasto, owoce czy napoje. Spokój, piękny widok na cała Kapadocję. Byliśmy w hotelu prawie sami podczas naszego pobytu i był to doskonały odpoczynek. Do Zamku Uchisar około 6 minut pieszo. Przed hotelem parking. Maly, kameralny i doskonały hotel.

+: The location in Uchisar was lovely, great view of the balloons from the balcony at dawn. Very nice breakfast. Comfortable room.
-: The property was under renovation, we lost water at times, and the pool got emptied while we were there. It was only us and a couple of other guests staying at the hotel so a bit lacking in atmosphere.

-: We hadden een Familie kamer, grot. Geen wifi verbinding in de ruimte en of verbinding.Veel verouderd, deurknop dat op de grond valt, lichten die het niet doen. Dag van aankomst was er geen warm water en dag erop geen elektriciteit (was verbouwing gaande) De receptionist bood hiervoor zijn excuses aan en mochten eventueel de volgende dag een extra kamer ernaast nemen. De volgende receptionist sprak dit weer tegen en zei dat ik er toch niks aan zou hebben want daar heb je ook geen wifi verbinding.

+: The hotel room was amazing! Needs to work on ventilation but was told it will be renovated next year. If it wasn't for the ventilation problem then the room would be absolutely perfect. Gave a wow factor on arrival and kids loved it, especially the hot tub on arrival. The hotel was quiet when we stayed so we had the whole pool to ourselves. The view was amazing of the balloons in the morning. The staff were exceptional, the best. Super helpful and always happy. Location was amazing as we we were within 5 minutes to many restaurants with amazing views. There is also a spot within 5 minutes, where you could explore some chimney caves and go inside for free. The sunset there was also super cool. A restaurant nearby with puppies made the kids happy too.
-: Needs ventilation for the room as it smelled a bit like a sauna and damp. The staff tried their best to help us.
