+: La ubicación cerca de Plaza Taksim es muy cómoda.
-: No recomiendo este lugar para nada. Casi nada me gustó. El desayuno no me gustó. La comida no era rica. Terminas de comer y a los dos segundos ya te sacan los platos, pareciera como si te echaran. El personal del comedor tiene que entender que a los clientes les molesta mucho que les hagan eso. La chica de recepción accede a ciertos pedidos pero con mala cara. También la escuché tratar mal a otros empleados. Además le dije que necesitaba extender el check out por algunas horas y nos hizo pagar un día entero. Cuando nos cambiaron de habitación nos mandaron a una con olor a cigarrillo, era tremendo. No se podía ni estar. Le tuvimos que pedir que nos pase a otra. El aire acondicionado no andaba para frío. Cuando llamamos a la gente de recepción nos dijeron que eso se maneja desde una central y que en ese momento no andaba el frío. No buscaron soluciones. Esto no puede pasar. Cuando le dije al otro chico de recepción que nos debían las aguas que te traen cada día, me dijo que lo sentía pero que ya estaba cerrado el bar. Es responsabilidad de ellos cumplir con sus clientes y buscar soluciones alternativas. Todo me pareció muy mediocre. No es digno de personas que buscan la excelencia en el trato. No voy a volver más.
