-: Eigenlijk alles!! Bij binnenkomst was het al een rommel, je wordt niet echt welkom geheten ook geen uitleg of rondleiding, zoek het maar uit. All in geboekt maar flesjes bier of sterke dranken moet je betalen behalve het lokale niet lekkere drankjes of tapbier zijn gratis. Schimmels in de douches. Manager werd erg boos na hem te hebben aangesproken dat het geen all in hotel is op deze wijze. Hammam normaal ook bij de prijs nou echt niet ook gewoon betalen. Personeel laat je lang wachten. Heb er een klacht bij booking over gedaan. L ancora niet heen gaan dus. Het is vies geen tafel is er echt schoon met het eten of bij de bar. Bij de receptie wordt je niet snel geholpen.Als je een flut hotel wilt nou dit is er 1. Dat ze 4 sterren hebben gekregen is zooo raaar.Personeel geeft zelf ook aan maar 1 seizoen te blijven werken.

-: Didn’t have a warm welcoming. The reception was quite rude. Asked early check- in weeks before arriving and didn’t get any answer from the hotel. After arrival of course didn’t get the early check-in and reception made me wait for hours before they gave the room. Then it turned out that they don’t have any available room what I paid for and they put me to a cheaper room ( right away there was a problem with the room door lock and had to wait technicians). The room was tiny, dark and shower head was broken. Next day asked the reception what time is gonna be the room change - they said come back in 1 hour - and so I did. Then the reception told me they don’t have any clean available room to give me - so I waited another 2-3hours to get the room. Didn’t get any compensation or anything for that problem.Food wasn’t really tasty and the selection of food was poor. The glasses from the bar were always dirty. Mostly the personnel talks russian and felt that they prefer russians as their guests.WIFI also didn’t work good. Overall wouldn’t recommend this hotel to a friend.

+: The location is good and the beach is very nice.Some members of the staff were very friendly. We got the room ready around 11.30, which was earlier than regular check-in, and they kept out luggage for a few hours on the last day.

-: People who work in the "spa" are extremely annoying. They were constantly trying to convince us for some of the treatment that are not for free. They would come by the table where you sit and eat in the restaurant and talk to you. We didn't go to the spa at all because it felt annoying explaining yourself that you don't want a massage. The food gets boring after the second day. The drinks from the bar are cheap. Beds are not very comfortable. We spotted a few cockroaches in the bar, but luckily, none in the room. Rooms are small even if you upgrade to "deluxe." The partial see view is a view to the chimney and the garbage containers from other restaurants - this is "deluxe". The regular rooms don't have a balcony at all.

+: Wir sind schon zum 2. Mal in diesem Hotel gewesen. Das Personal, Essen und Spa-Angebot waren super.

-: Die Badezimmer haben nach Feuchtigkeit (nicht nach Schimmel) gerochen. Manche Putzfrauen hatte irgendwelche andere Vorstellungen, was die Sauberkeit angeht, als ich. Die anderen dagegen waren richtig gut.

-: Reception staff- shocking Didn’t even tried to sort my issue !I’ve booked comfort room with 2 separate bed but I’ve got 1 bed. When I asked receptionists to change it as I don’t want to sleep with my mum on a same bed !!! I’ve been told that they can change the room but give me economy without balcony. Then I’ve asked for compensation, as price for economy and comfort are different - they said NO and didn’t offer any other alternatives.I’ve advised that I can stay here for a night and then can you change it , the answer is NO!I’m sorry , why you don’t have the room what I’ve asked you and paid for? Why you didn’t even tried to sort it out? Why there was no other suggestions ?So as soon as we arrived the mood was ruined We’ve got 1 cover . Thanks that when we asked we’ve got 1 extra Everyday housekeeping came and took dirty towel(what I’ve put on the floor) but didn’t give clean one (first day we had 5 towels,last day 2) Floor never vacuumed and washed in the roomP.SRussian speaking woman , always on her mobile phone ,never pays attention to the guests Restaurants staff ( I think that was manager in white shirt rude)
