Occidental Taksim Hotel is located just 100 m from Taksim Square's shops and public transportation stations. It offers a well-appointed spa and fitness center. WiFi internet access is free in its spacious guest rooms.
All renovated in 2015, the bright, chic rooms have modern furnishings and flat-screen TVs with satellite channels. Each private bathroom is stocked with a bathrobe, slippers and free bathroom amenities. Air conditioning comes standard.

+: The staff are lovely and helpful, sparke clean, location is brilliant. Spa facilities are brilliant, had Turkish Hamam followed by a massage was amazing! Will definitely come back again! Breakfast was lovely and lots of variety.very safe area, close too everything, lots of nice restaurants and cafes around. Reception and lobby smells amazing!
-: Bad smell comes from the sink sewers in the bathroom, I reported it they brought a solution to clean the sewers. I think it needs maintenance regularly.

-: Cleanliness and structure below expectations. Poor sound insulation. Prices in euros but billed in Turkish Lira: impossible to understand the bill. Breakfast good but I tried to ask for sparkling water but it was extra. Long hair in hummus at breakfast. No view, window not openable. Closed shoes mandatory at breakfast... 😨 Wi-Fi doesn't always work.
